This site was created for people who like the odd and unusual picture. The kind people send around in the e-mail to for thier friends. It has been designed for fast downloads and no annoying popups to distract from your viewing pleasure. The pictures are of the highest quality we were able to find and the largest resolution.(This excludes NIPS THE COLLECTION where all pictures are of the same size.) We hope you enjoy this site and welcome any suggestions for improvement.
The content of this site has come from various sources
---------e-mail from people and friends,
---------contributions from visiters,
---------and mostly from the usenet.
Almost all the pictures have been modified from the orignal recieved to those that are viewable on this site. They have been resized, cropped, compacted and retouched. In some cases all has been done.
Any copyright information on the pictures has remained. Information or stamps of another website have been removed
----unless it was part of the copyright information.

Since most pictures were from the usenet, it has been assumed that the pictures were free to distribute and diseminate and was the posters' intention to do so and the poster was the copyright owner.
